TRADE AGREEMENTS

Liability, shipping and insurance

The artist will pack and ship the artwork but does not assume any future liability for the safety of the artwork after delivery to the shipper. The artwork will be insured along with the shipping price and will reflect on your invoice. Protection against theft, fire or damage is the responsibility of the purchaser on receipt of the artwork. In the event of damage during shipment, it is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the carrier immediately. All packaging materials must be retained when filing a claim and a photograph of the damaged artwork should be taken. Once the insurance claim has been filed, please inform the artist.

Cancellation and credits

No cash will be refunded for any cancelled sales. Merchandise credits, however, will be issued on cancelled orders. Unused credits shall become invalid 18 months from date of issue.

Artist's Rights

The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights. The artist reserves the right to re-use her own compositions and may adapt certain images from past works into future ones.

Commissions or special orders

All commissions and special orders are welcome and must be discussed with the artist in person.

Taxes

Any sales tax, V.A.T. or special State Tax is applicable provided the artwork is bought and shipped or carried within the confines of the area where tax is applied. The artist resumes the responsibility to pay over any of the mentioned taxes.
